What materials do you use for your roofing projects?

All materials used depend on the situation & roofing type desired. We use all of the highest quality materials on all of our projects that best withstand the elements.

What kind of warranties do you offer?

We offer a workmanship warranty on all of our roof replacements, as well as the manufacturer offers their warranty on top of our workmanship/labor warranty.

How does the process work from start to finish?

Your roof replacement starts with an initial consultation. From there, you will be provided an estimate of what best meets your needs. After the estimate is accepted, you will be sent a contract to sign & your job will be put on the schedule. The average lead time for a new shingle roof is 3-5 weeks from contract signing, weather dependent. The typical shingle roof replacement takes 1-2 days to complete. The day the project is started, the crew & project manager will be on-site to ensure all materials desired are delivered, & installed. County/City Municipality will depend on whether there will be an inspection on day one. After the roof is completed, a final inspection will be completed. The project manager will do a site visit to ensure the job was completed, & the site is clean.

Do you provide emergency services for roof leaks?

Yes, we do offer emergency tarping in the event of a roof leak.

Do you offer financing?
